Aperçu

This road safari takes you from Dar es Salaam to three wildlife areas of southern Tanzania: the Selous Game Reserve, Ruaha National Park and Mikumi National Park.

In the Selous you spend four nights at Rufiji River Camp, with classic-style game drives, a walking safari with an armed ranger and a boat safari among the hippos and crocodiles of the Rufiji River system.

Ruaha, one of the largest parks in Africa, is famous for its rare sable and roan antelope and big herds of elephants. Mikumi is known for its elephants, giraffes, buffaloes and zebras, and for its tree-climbing lions.
