概要

This safari takes you through the parks of northern Tanzania, starting and ending at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), with a first night in Arusha.

Tarangire National Park is noted for its many baobab trees and its tree-climbing lions. In the Ngorongoro Conservation Area you descend over 600 metres to the floor of the crater, with its forests, its lake and its open savannah. Then come three nights in the Serengeti, whose endless plains hold great herds of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles.

On the way you pass Olduvai Gorge, where Louis and Mary Leakey made their renowned archaeological discoveries, and visit the Ngorongoro Highlands before a last game drive in Lake Manyara National Park.

  1. 1日目

    Arrival in Arusha

    Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). After customs and immigration, a representative meets you and transfers you to Arusha.

    Overnight at the hotel in Arusha, on bed and breakfast.

  2. 2日目

    Tarangire National Park

    After breakfast, leave for Tarangire National Park, arriving in time for lunch and an afternoon of game viewing.

    Lesser kudu, eland, lion and gerenuk live in this beautiful park, noted for its many baobab trees and its tree-climbing lions.

    Dinner and overnight at the lodge or tented camp.

  3. 3日目

    Ngorongoro Crater

    After breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Lunch at the lodge.

    This afternoon, you descend 2,000 feet (over 600 metres) to the floor of the crater for a crater tour. Explore the forest, home to monkeys and elephants, the lake area, where you may see flamingos, and the open savannah where lions hunt.

  4. 4日目

    Olduvai Gorge and the Serengeti

    Drive to Serengeti National Park by way of Olduvai Gorge, the site of Louis and Mary Leakey's renowned archaeological discoveries. Their findings include some of the earliest known remains of human ancestors.

    Lunch at the lodge in the Serengeti.

    In the afternoon, a game drive on the endless plains of the Serengeti gives you a chance to see the great herds of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles, or a pride of lions lounging in the shade.

    Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

  5. 5日目

    Full day in the Serengeti

    Spend a full day game viewing in the Serengeti.

    Meals and overnight at the lodge in Serengeti National Park.

  6. 6日目

    Second full day in the Serengeti

    Spend another full day game viewing in the Serengeti.

    Meals and overnight at the lodge in Serengeti National Park.

  7. 7日目

    Ngorongoro Highlands to Manyara

    Enjoy an early morning game drive before breakfast, then return to the lodge for a late breakfast.

    Leave for the Ngorongoro Highlands. Lunch at Gibbs Farm or similar.

    In the afternoon, visit the waterfalls.

    Dinner and overnight at the lodge in Manyara.

  8. 8日目

    Lake Manyara and departure

    After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, home to hippos, monkeys, tree-climbing lions, flamingos and many other birds.

    Lunch at your lodge.

    After lunch, drive back to Arusha and on to JRO for your evening departure flight.
