Long safaris · from South Tanzania
Ruaha National Park is famous for its rare sable antelope, roan antelope and big herds of elephants. It is a transition zone where the plants and animals of eastern and southern Africa overlap. Although it is one of the largest parks in Africa, it is comparatively unknown and, being so remote, remains unspoiled.
On this safari you spend a night in Iringa, two nights at Ruaha River Lodge with game drives in the park, and a night at Mikumi National Park, known for its elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras and tree-climbing lions, before you return to Dar es Salaam.
